Sampo Rhythmic Gymnastics Club

Sampo RG Club gymnasts love music, movement and Ontario Trillium Foundation! With the assistance of a Trillium grant, Sampo provided each coach with a portable sound system and new equipment such as balls, hoops and ribbons. This assistance not only provided immediate benefits for coaches and gymnasts, it also develops the lifelong joy of movement and fitness for girls and women of all ages. Thank you Trillium Foundation!
